Our hope is for every woman to find a place of love and acceptance that will result in deeper friendships, and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We seek to build relationships, encourage, and support one another– to talk, laugh, cry, process, and journey through life together. We do this through discipleship groups; various women’s events and retreats; and more! For more info contact wow@gracebc.org

FEAR & FAITH | Wednesdays
Failure, rejection, sickness, losing a loved one, being alone—the fears we carry are many and heavy. Fear can be a tyrant, a bully we can’t hide from. It can paralyze our spirit, damage our relationships, and hinder our faith.
When we’re struck with fear, where do we turn? Can God really be trusted?
Fear and Faith: Finding the Peace Your Heart Craves,
speaker and author Trillia Newbell invites women to explore their fears and how those fears impact their relationships, self-esteem, peace of mind, and walk with God. 7 weeks | E-305

Teacher: Missy Anders

She lost her eyesight as a teen, but gained something much more valuable … spiritual insight. This popular Bible study by Jennifer Rothschild contrasts the evidences of walking by faith and walking by sight and encourages participants to take risks, give God control, persevere through hardship, receive God’s gifts, be guided by the Truth rather than feelings, and seek God. 7 weeks | E-312

KEEP IT SHUT | Begins Wednesday 10/12
Got words? Oh yeah, you do! The average women speaks over 20,000 a day—not to mention the ones she types online.
Karen Ehman—a woman whose words have often landed her in a heap of trouble— shares from experience the how’s (and how-not-to’s) of dealing with the tongue in her new book Keep It Shut. Using biblical examples, as well as Karen’s own personal (and sometimes painful!) stories, Keep It Shut
will equip you to know what to say, how best to say it, and when you’d better just keep your lips zipped! 7 weeks | E-303
