Dr. Jeff Crawford| Senior Pastor
Dr. Jeff Crawford is a pastor, educator, and author. Saved at the age of 14, Dr. Crawford is passionate about the Gospel message and the Great Commission call. He has devoted his life and family to these two pillars in both the written and spoken word and through an ever-growing pallet of creative media. Dr. Crawford has served as the Teaching Pastor for Cross Church, Springdale, Ark., where he founded and was the president of Cross Church School of Ministry.
He is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University, with a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Seminary and a Doctor of Education from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Dr. Crawford married his wife Julie in 1992. They have four children, Garrett (22), Madison (20), Grayson (14) and Marcela (12).
He enjoys all things family and reading. He is a huge Arkansas Razorback and NASCAR fan.

Jason Breland | Worship Pastor
Jason believes, “Worship shouldn’t be something we do, worship should be who we are.” After touring the globe for six years with the Christian group TRUTH, Jason began his ministry in the local church. Jason attended Liberty University, where he received a degree in Church Music. He is completing his Master’s degree in Religion through the University of Mobile.
He married his wife Amy in 1995. They have four children: Emily, Abigail, Jackson, and Jefferson.
His favorite scripture is Philippians 1:6. He enjoys travel, classic cars, SEC football and dates with Amy.
Rob Hammond | GCA- Head Of School
Rob attended Liberty University, where he earned his Master of Arts in Religion and Master of Divinity. Rob married his wife Liz in 1996.
They have one son and one daughter: Christian and Faith.
His favorite verse is Philippians 3:13-14. Rob’s interests are Basketball and Golf. He is an avid Kentucky Basketball fan.
George Thames | Director Of Operations
George joined Grace Baptist Church as Director of Operation serving on the Executive Team in late 2014. A graduate of Florida State University and seasoned senior executive in corporate America for 30 years, George brings the skills needed in guiding operations and staff of the complex and diverse ministries of Grace. After a life of serving in the church as a layman, George is a testimony of God’s faithfulness and the call that God has for all of us.
He and his wife Linda were married in 1968. They have two children, Troy Thames and Amy Breland, and six Grandchildren.
From his early days as a Christian, Ephesians has been his favorite book in the Bible, Ephesians 4:24 being his life verse. George says the incredible intimacy in Christ he experienced when he first heard Matthew 11: 28 & 29 have shaped his heart for service, faithfulness and submission to God’s will.
Mark Braddom | Senior Adult Pastor
Mark is our Pastor for Senior Adults. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Education from Miami University, Ohio.
He and his wife Beth have two children: Amy and Jerry, and two grandchildren, Emma and Shawn.
His favorite verse is Psalm 103. He enjoys teaching, watching Sci-Fi, mysteries and sappy Christmas movies, and also, eating out with Beth.
Dr. Todd Hardin | Counseling Pastor
Todd serves as the Executive Director of
Grace Biblical Counseling.
He holds a Doctorate in Biblical Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. And he believes that, “Biblical counseling seeks, under the Spirit’s power, to reorient disoriented people to God through the gospel of Jesus Christ.”
He and his wife Brenda married in 1994 and have two sons: Tucker and Fletcher.
His favorite scripture is 1 Timothy 1:15-16 (ESV).
He enjoys running and reading the Puritans.
Bryan Robertson | Family Pastor
Bryan believes, “The family is the strongest unit in society. We should try to strengthen every part of it; from marriage, to parenting, to finances through His Word.”
He is a graduate from Mississippi State University, and received his Doctorate of Ministry from Lake Charles Bible College.
He and his wife, Kari, have three children: Zan, Solomon, and Leti.
His favorite verse is 1 Chronicles 29:11. He enjoys family time, swimming, sports, travel and skiing.
Michael Thomas | Prayer and Care Pastor
Michael believes, “When we seek the glorification of God and the edification of people, then we are in complete harmony with the Spirit of prayer and care.” Michael earned a Double Master’s Degree from Southern Seminary.
He married Betsy in 2006. They have five children: Drew, Melissa, Tony, Bryan and Rebekah.
His favorite verse is Acts 17:28. He enjoys Horseback riding and music.
Bobby Thompson | Student Pastor
Bobby is passionate about seeing their lives transformed! He believes, “This generation of students will change the world forever!” Bobby earned his Master of Arts in Religion and Divinity at Liberty University.
Bobby married his wife Shira in 2004, and they have three daughters: Emma, Taryn, and Marleigh.
His favorite verse is Psalm 46:1. Bobby’s interests are Golf, Tennis, Backpacking and all things Louisville Cardinals.
