We need the Lord to provide a way to pay for seminary. If I don’t take classes, then we have to make student loan payments, which we also cannot afford. I really don’t see a way for this to work out financially unless the Lord comes through for us. I believe in my bones that seminary is what I am called to do as I prepare for a life of ministry, so my wife and I are trusting that God will provide. Please come along side of us as we pray for provision, and please intercede on our behalf that our faith would be strong.

My son is getting married on September 28. He is marrying a woman who is not a Christian. I am very concerned about this as well as the lifestyle that they have. I’m requesting prayers for my husband, nickname Dock. He’s been having problems, finally went to doctor but refuses to take the prescription medicine.
I’ve been in Norris Medical Rehabilitation Center for most of the time he’s been ill. Our family thinks he’s depressed from being separated from me. He also fears being able to care for me when I come home. My going home date is planned for Wednesday, 7/24. I’ve been recouping from falls and several heart procedures/surgeries.

Pray for Wilma Teague as she goes to see orthopedic about her shoulder injury.
Pray for me as I go Wed to see if the clot in my heart has dissolved so that they can do the ablation. I was supposed to have had the surgery about 5 weeks ago and was on the operating table and asleep when they discovered that I had a clot in the bottom of my heart and they backed off. They have been trying to dissolve it. If they had continued there was a great danger that I would have had a stroke and possibly fatal. I have been fortunate to have Christian doctors and I believe that God showed them the clot.
